1. 申请者从ITDA网站下载会员申请表，并详尽完整地如实填写会员申请表；

　　 2. 申请者将会员申请表以书面传真或邮寄方式向协会秘书处递交；

　　3. 协会秘书处将对入会申请进行审核，并以书面传真方式通知申请者是否被接纳；

　　 4. 申请者按规定缴纳会员费；

　　5. ITDA确认收到会员费后向申请者邮寄会员卡、会员资格确认书等材料，申请人的会员资格即开始生效。

　　6. 会员持有的本协会会员卡为会籍资格凭证，每名会员持有一张，仅限本人使用，不作其他用途，不可转让，遗失须及时通知本协会秘书处。持有人会籍资格终止后其会员卡即自行失效。

　　1. Applicant downloads the application form from IDTA website,and fills in the application form genuinely and completely with signature;

　　2. Applicant Faxes or mails the application form to ITDA secretariat;

　　3. ITDA secretariat will verify the application and inform the applicant the result through Fax;

　　4. Applicant pays membership dues;

　　5. IDTA confirms the dues and sends the membership card,confirmation sheet and other materials. And then,applicant 's membership comes into force.
