国际培训与发展协会(International Training & Development Association)是致力于提供交流与合作平台,引领企业培训专业人士迈向卓越的顶级人力资源专业人士及团体的协会。协会将会为协会成员组织及安排不同形式的交流活动、管理和颁发一系列最具权威性的培训资格证书,以及针对协会成员在工作中遇到的实际问题而展开的辅导及咨询项目等多种方式,以提高企业内部从事人力资源培训与发展的专业人员的能力,增加人力资源培训与发展部门在企业内的影响力,最终提升企业的整体业绩;规范与提高培训与发展行业的整体水平。

现任美国CCI控制组件公司亚太区副总裁,美国CCI控制组件公司成立于1961年,是一家专业从事重大工程用控制阀设计及生产的跨国性工程公司。自成立以来,CCI就一直致力于将工程技术知识转化为客户解决方案。CCI 的产品被普遍使用在电力,石油,天然气的控制阀门用途上。
曾任泰科流体控制大中华区执行总裁,李炳安先生于
2002年被委任为泰科流体控制大中华区执行总裁,派驻上海办公。李先生在泰科的职业生涯始于凯斯通,凯斯通于1997年被泰科国际收购后,李先生便加入了泰科。1987年,李先生加入凯斯通,担任东南亚区域销售经理。在随后的11年里,李先生在凯斯通和泰科担任了一系列资深领导职位,帮助公司在台湾、香港及中国大陆发展和建立市场。李先生于1997起担任泰科中国及东南亚阀门与控制集团总经理。李先生持有新加坡市场学院的市场管理研究生文凭以及新加坡国立大学的机械工程理学学士学位。

国际培训与发展协会中国区董事、执行副主席——张序诚先生 张序诚先生具有八年的销售和市场营销经验以及十七年的培训经验。他丰富的经历包括:Hi-Sincerity电子公司半导体销售(1984-1985),
3M公司市场营销,大中国区人力资源发展经理、亚太地区人力资源发展部负责人(1985-2000),科维管理顾问公司(Franklin Covey)中国区首席顾问(2000-2002)。张序诚先生在明尼苏达州圣保罗市的3M公司总部工作过两年。他在3M公司担任亚太地区13个国家销售发展部负责人的时候,曾在亚洲许多国家工作过。 Mr.

China in Anheuser-Busch Asia Co., Ltd. Anheuser-Busch Co., Ltd. (abbreviated
as A-B below) was established in 1852. A-B headquarters located in St. Louis,
Missouri, USA. A-B runs the largest beer brewing company, and the second Cans
Manufacturer in the world. Budweiser, world famous beer is one of A-B’s brands.

Bo Liu is the Director of Human Resources for Eli Lilly China. Eli Lilly is one
of the world leader Pharmaceutical Company which has 130 years history. Early
in 1918 Eli Lilly has been in China. She located her first oversea’s representative
office in Shanghai as her first step of globalization. Yu Bo Liu has been serviced
in Eli Lilly for 7 years. He was appointed as sales training manager of Eli Lilly
China in 2001, and awarded “Chairman’s Ovation Award” in 2002. Mr. Liu was a thoracic
surgery doctor of Shanghai No.1 Pulmonary Branch Hospital before he joined Eli
Lilly China. He graduated from Clinical Medicine, West China Medical University.
Then he joined “Graduate Diploma in Management” class of China-Europe International
Business School.

2000-2004, Rena is a senior consultant in Hewitt Associates China. Her expertise
is in Labor Law compliance, human resources strategy, total compensation and benefits

Wang graduated from International Politics Department of Fudan University. He
taught Psychology and Management Science at the university for five years before
joining 3M China. He did field sales for the different kinds of industrial products
of 3M for several years. Then he was appointed as the head of training department
in the company. Mr. Wang set up the training system for 3M China. Following the
career at 3M, Mr. Wang joined the multi-national consumer products companies and
led the professional training team all over China. He has gained rich experience
in commercial training spectra of both consumer and industrial goods companies.
