会员等级
会员分为四个等级，由协会根据一定的技能基础进行评估，并根据会费不同享受等级不同的会员权益：
1. 黄带(普通会员)：表示大地，草木在大地生根发芽，意味学习基础阶段。
2. 绿带(商务会员)：表示草木，成长中的绿色草木，意味着技术进步阶段。
3. 蓝带(头等会员)：表示蓝天，草木向着蓝天茁壮成长，意味着技术熟练阶段。
4. 黑带(专家级会员)：意味着技术已经非常娴熟，能指导其他级别会员提升能力。

普通会员　（会费1500元）
权益：
1.可在本协会网站和其它同盟网站上免费查询和浏览最专业的培训资讯；
2.可以在ITDA网站上免费下载各种最新的培训工具和培训资料；
3.可以在ITDA 网站上发表自己所写的培训文章，如果优异，ITDA会推荐到传统媒体；
4.可免费获得Hroot提供的管理培训杂志（季刊）；
5.可免费获得每年由协会提供的行业调研报告摘要，并可以优惠的价格购买整份报告；
6.通过学习相关培训课程，可以获得职业资格的认证；
7.如果表现优异，可以得到ITDA的重点推荐，或者得到其它同盟媒体的宣传表彰；
8.可以免费参加全年的普通会员沙龙活动（附活动预告表 ）；
9.可以九折的优惠价格购买最新最专业的培训应用工具，及培训应用资料；
10.可以九折的优惠参加协会举办的公开课程。

商务会员　（会费3000元）
权益：
1.将免费得到一次两天公开课程的能力训练；
2.可以八五折的优惠参加协会举办的公开课程；
3.可以在ITDA上展示会员风采，展示照片及所具有的技能；
4.可以在ITDA 网站上发表自己所写的培训文章，如果优异，ITDA会推荐到传统媒体；
5.可在本协会网站和其它同盟网站上免费查询和浏览最专业的培训资讯；
6.可以在ITDA网站上免费下载各种最新的培训工具和培训资料；
7.可免费获得Hroot提供的管理培训杂志（季刊）；

专家级会员
从头等会员中产生，经理事会认证，会费金额及权益与头等会员相同，协会将会为专家会员搭建平台--发起并组织会员教授自己的培训课程，或为其他会员提供咨询，协会将会支付酬劳。

Member grade
There are four grades of membership which is granted by the association to members of different levels on the basis of certain skills and that of different membership fees:
1.yellow band(general membership).Expression of land on which grass is shooting up ,means basic stage of learning.
2.green band(business membership).Expression of green grass in development, means developing stage of technology.
3.blue band(VIP membership).Expression of blue sky in which grass is thriving ,means proficiency stage of technology.
4.black band(expert membership).Expression of skilled technology , which may instruct other grades to promote.

5.obtain abstracts of industry studying reports provided by the association yearly, and purchase the whole reports with favorable price;
6.obtain authentication of professional qualification through learning related training programs;
7.get stressed recommendation by TIDA or publicity and honor of other league media in case of excellent performance;

expert membership
produced from VIP members and authenticated by the council , of the same membership fee and rights with business members. The association will build up the channel for the VIP members through which the members could teach their own training programs or provide consultation for other grade members, and paid by the association.
