协会介绍

国际培训与发展协会（International Training & Development Association）是致力于提供交流与合作平台，引领企业培训专业人士迈向卓越的顶级人力资源专业人士及团体的协会。协会将会为协会成员组织及安排不同形式的交流活动、管理和颁发一系列最具权威性的培训资格证书，以及针对协会成员在工作中遇到的实际问题而展开的辅导及咨询项目等多种方式，以提高企业内部从事人力资源培训与发展的专业人员的能力，增加人力资源培训与发展部门在企业内的影响力，最终提升企业的整体业绩；规范与提高培训与发展行业的整体水平。

International Training & Development Association is focus on providing communication & cooperation among enterprises training professional and lead a path to excellence. The Association organizes and arranges different activities to exchange ideas and experiences for the members; to manage and issue a series of professional training certifications. All aiming at improving the HRD professionalism competency; enhancing the HRD influence internally, and eventually set a standard for the training professional and help to raise enterprises business performance.
